Quinoa stuffed vegetables

Products(for 3-4):

2 teacups of white quinoa
1/2 teacup red lentils
4 large tomatoes
4 large peppers
3 tblsp boiled corn seeds
1 average onion
4-5 cloves garlic

handful of fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon grounded kardamom
1 chilly pepper
the juice of 1 lemon
grounded black pepper
Put the quinoa in a pot with 3,5 teacups of water and boil for 10 minutes. Add the lentils and leave until the liquid’s absorbed.
Meanwhile, remove the upper parts of the peppers and the tomatoes, empty them (keep he tomatoes) and put them a part.
When the quinoa and the lentils are ready put them in a bowl and add the finely chopped onions, garlic, chilly, mint and remains of the tomatoes, as well as all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Stuff the tomatoes and the peppers with the mixture. Now you can either eat these as they are, or grill them for several minutes, even put them in the oven until tender.
