Cooking gluten-free meals can be as easy as any other recipe. You only need your imagination and of course some knowledge how to identify gluten-free ingredients (if they are not labeled). For example – wild rice, corn, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, quinoa, oats, soybeans, and sunflower seeds are all in this category.
All these are easily combined with some strong flavored sauces, raw or steamed vegetables, fresh fruits. Could be a main course, salads and why not dessert, add them as a nutritive ingredient in soups. Cook them hot, sour, sweet or salty.
