2 tbsp brown sugar

Wash and peel the beet, cut it in four, put in a pot, cover with water and boil for 15 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool. Cut in medium large cubicles, put in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until it’s homogeneous and smooth.
